At Mokshaa, we want you to love every piece you receive.
We accept product returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, with resolution offered as a store credit or a product exchange. Refunds to the original payment method are processed only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All international sales are final.
Return & Exchange — Indian Orders
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- This facility is applicable only for customers located in India.
- The request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Products purchased during sales or special offers are eligible for return or exchange only if the product received is incorrect or defective.
Requests received after the 3-day window, or for products that do not meet the conditions above, are not eligible.

All requests are processed after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until your return is processed.
- Please pack the parcel securely to avoid transit damage. We strongly recommend recording a video while packing the return parcel.
- Products returned in damaged, incomplete, or used condition will not be accepted.
Resolution & Refund Process
Store Credit or Product Exchange (default): Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, store credit will be issued within 3 business days, or your exchange product will be dispatched within 4–7 business days, subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be offered. Store credits are non-transferable and can be redeemed on future purchases.
Payment Refund (damaged, defective, or incorrect products only): Refunds to the original mode of payment are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was shown online.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Open delivery is not available for COD orders. Customers are required to make payment before opening the package.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the COD facility being disabled for future purchases without prior intimation.
Order Cancellation — Indian Orders
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not accepted.
- Customized orders and sale orders are not eligible for cancellation.
If an order is cancelled within the eligible window after payment has been received, the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All international sales are final.
Each international order undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, we strongly recommend international customers record a video while unboxing the parcel.
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof, for us to assess and assist accordingly.
Cancellation by Mokshaa
Mokshaa reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete verification or payment issues
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
