Mokshaa has a simple and transparent return and exchange policy for Indian orders. We ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and take utmost care in delivering products that meet our quality standards.

We do not accept general returns or refunds. However, customers may request an exchange or refund only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or entirely different from what was shown online, subject to the conditions mentioned below.


RETURN & EXCHANGE FOR INDIAN ORDERS

The following conditions must be fulfilled:

  • This facility is applicable only for customers located in India.

  • International customers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Failure to contact us within the stipulated time may lead to rejection of the request.

  • Exchange or refund requests will be entertained only after the product passes our quality check.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and keeping the shipping receipt until your return is processed.
  • Customers are advised to securely pack the parcel to avoid transit damage.
    It is strongly recommended to record a video while packing the return parcel.

  • If the product is returned in a damaged, incomplete, or used condition, the request will be rejected.


CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE / REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Any product found to be soiled, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

  • Customized or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Products purchased during sales or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

  • Exchange products will be dispatched within 4–7 days, subject to availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit or refund will be offered.


REFUND PROCESS

  • Store Credit:
    Store credit will be issued within 3 days after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

  • Payment Refund:
    Refunds to the original mode of payment will be processed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Store credits are non-transferable and can be redeemed on future purchases.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

  • Open delivery is not available for COD orders.

  • Customers are required to make payment before opening the package.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD facility being disabled for future purchases without prior intimation.


CANCELLATION FOR INDIAN ORDERS

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

  • Customized and sale orders are not eligible for cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mokshaa and accepts the final decision regarding cancellations.


RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • All international sales are final.

Each order undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, we strongly recommend international customers to record a video while unboxing the parcel.

Any concerns regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for us to assess and assist accordingly.


CANCELLATION BY MOKSHAA

Mokshaa reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete verification or payment issues

If an order is canceled after payment is received, the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mokshaa and accepts the final decision regarding such cancellations.
