General Terms & Conditions
1. Business Verification
- At the time of registration, buyers must provide a valid proof of business.
- Accepted proofs include GST registration, business license, trade license, or other official documentation verifying your business operations.
2. Product Selection
- Once verification is complete, wholesale buyers may select products directly from our website www.mokshaaworld.com.
- Orders can be placed by sharing product SKUs via email or WhatsApp with our wholesale team.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- The first order must consist of a minimum of 20 products.
- Subsequent orders may have a lower quantity, subject to discussion and approval.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All wholesale prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping charges will be added to the total invoice amount.
- Full payment is required before dispatch.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal (for international orders).
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We partner with trusted logistics providers such as DHL and Blue Dart to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- Orders are shipped with full tracking and insured transit where applicable.
6. Quality Assurance
- Every product undergoes a thorough quality check by our trained quality control team before packing.
- While we take utmost care to ensure defect-free products, in the rare case of an issue, buyers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the consignment with supporting images/videos.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects verified by our team.
- Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or store credit.
8. Custom Orders
- Custom colors, sizes, and designs can be produced for wholesale partners, subject to minimum quantity requirements and extended lead times.
9. Lead Time
- Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2-4 working days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customised products require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
10. Communication & Support
- Our wholesale support team is available via email and WhatsApp for order updates, product queries, and assistance.
