1. Returns and Exchanges
a.Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.
b. We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery.
c. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
d. Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
a. Contact our customer service team at +916383096211 & chennaimokshaa@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
b. Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return or exchange, and clear photographs if the item is damaged or defective.
c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Return Shipping
a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or defective item.
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and keeping the shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the means of store credits.
4. Exchanges
a. If you requested an exchange, we will process the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.
b. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
